Course scope and references
Audience: adults who draft or review routine professional-service answers. Prerequisites: read a short service note and distinguish a statement from a question. Suggested study time: 45–60 minutes; an estimate, not learner-tested.
All ten skills follow the existing ETV course 11 curriculum map. Examples, questions, rationales, and fictional firm policies were authored for this course. Its aim is to practice evidence-based response decisions, not certify competence or implement a production assistant.
Background: OWASP prompt injection guidance informs the instruction/data boundary in skill 8. Prompt wording alone is not a complete security defense. W3C keyboard guidance informs the interaction design. References checked October 7, 2026.
Responses and progress are held in page memory. Reloading resets them. The course code does not send or save entered text; any future hosting environment requires its own privacy review. This lab is part of the ETV practice-draft collection. Learner outcomes, assistive-technology testing, and independent release review remain outstanding.
