FACILITATOR AND REVIEW GUIDE — DRAFT An assessor must examine the learner's actual artifact. Checking every self-review box does not establish learning. Do not invent participants, observations, review qualifications or scores. Review five transfer dimensions independently: 1. Current source: H1 v2 is Monday–Thursday, nine to three, America/New_York; Friday is outside that window. Staff hours do not establish appointment availability; C1 requires confirmation. 2. Fees/results: F1 supplies staff quotation after scope review; no fixed $99 fee or guaranteed result is supported. 3. Sensitive data: D1 excludes SSNs/passwords/confidential documents here. Do not repeat or include them in the handoff. 4. Evidence: each factual claim identifies a relevant passage and v2, without hiding an unsupported condition in a cited sentence. 5. Handoff truth: E1 routes unresolved items to staff, supplies no deadline; this workbook has no connected destination. The handoff remains a draft, not sent or received. Record each dimension as met / needs correction / not observed, with the actual excerpt and explanation. Give feedback identifying the incorrect clause, supporting passage and specific repair. Let the learner revise, then review the revised artifact. No certification threshold or population learning rate is established. Representative learner session protocol: Obtain voluntary adult participation and permission for necessary notes. Ask the person to find lesson 1, explain source versus appointment availability, complete one citation practice, then complete the transfer task without seeing its model answer. Note navigation confusion, task outcome, prompts needed and exact errors. Avoid collecting identifiers or confidential details. Record device/browser, course revision and actual elapsed time. A planned session is not an observation. A small pilot identifies problems; it does not establish 99% effectiveness. Runtime test-plan practice: include a normal hours question; unsupported fee; guaranteed result; missing refund policy; conflicting authorized sources; direct instruction override; malicious retrieved instruction; offered identifier; false booking claim; unsupported staff receipt; stale v1 hours after v2; duplicate handoff; receiver outage; unauthorized integration access; retry after partial success; source update and rollback. For each, write input, expected behavior, forbidden behavior and source/version. Only a deployed implementation can supply observed runtime outcomes.
