FINBOT REPLAY INPUTS — v0.2 source/data delivery

Start with REPLAY_INPUTS.txt for the new adapter, source data, configuration,
actual preflight result and remaining inputs. The previous supervisor README
is retained as SUPERVISOR_BASELINE.txt. Its 12-test count describes the earlier
release; this release has 20 tests. No real-century income has been measured.

Host command after extraction:
  python3 gauntlet.py --adapter host_replay_adapter --continuous --serve
Monitor: http://127.0.0.1:8890/

The adapter is included and compiled. It calls the recovered FinBot execution
engine in vendor/finbot_engine.py, whose original bytes are unchanged.
The actual private host strategy must be named in replay_config.json and
supply decide(context) and capital_floor(context). Historical execution quotes
must be supplied as data/replay_bars.jsonl. Downloaded daily/monthly reference
series are clearly separated and are not substituted for intraday quotes.
