FINBOT JOURNEY BUNDLE v0.4 — source, real retrieved datasets, replay inquiry

Install on your Mac
Extract this ZIP. Open a Terminal IN the extracted FinBot_Journey_Bundle folder:
  python3 install_on_mac.py
Default project target:
  /Users/bpa/Desktop/ForesixaQuant/FinBot_Century_Gauntlet/
Data is placed under that project's data/ folder. This command must run on your
Mac: downloading this chat attachment does not itself install or start anything.
The installer preserves differing existing data, vendor code and replay_config;
incoming conflicting versions are placed under incoming_journey/<timestamp>/.
Other changed source files are backed up under backups/journey_<timestamp>/.
Existing runs and attempt counters are not replaced. No process is restarted.

Restart ONLY the gauntlet supervisor using its current database path:
  python3 gauntlet.py --adapter host_replay_adapter --continuous --serve
If your current invocation specifies --db, keep that SAME --db argument.
Local monitor: http://127.0.0.1:8890/
Phone access continues through your existing authenticated mobile gateway.
The independent live broker/trading service is not controlled by these commands.

Actual files included, without trimming retrieved records
1. Bitstamp BTC/USD and ETH/USD minute OHLCV source responses, Jan1 through
Jan7,2020, 20,160 in-window market bars total (10,080 per market), zero missing
minutes in that requested window. There are 10,080 combined replay rows,
each with both market close prices. Source responses include extra boundary
candles returned by the provider; those remain intact in raw source files.
Finished-candle closes are valuation observations, not executable bid/ask
quotes. Raw OHLCV fields are preserved in data/raw/market/.
2. Seven original GDELT2 quarter-hour archives at 00:00 UTC Jan1..Jan7,2020,
21,282 structured event records, full extracted CSVs and normalized JSONL.
This is SEVEN QUARTER-HOUR SNAPSHOTS, NOT complete seven-day news coverage.
Structured actors/event codes/tone/source URLs are not full article texts.
   available_at is conservatively archive/DATEADDED time +15minutes, not a
independently established first article-publication timestamp. No event is
exposed to a strategy before that recorded availability boundary.
3. Entire GDELT1979 original archive AND extracted CSV:430,941 records. This
retrospective backfile is not injected as contemporaneous1979 knowledge.
Its event date does not establish original public availability. GDELT does
not cover the full requested1926..2025 century.
4. Earlier38 ALFRED vintage tables:58,244 macro observations, five snapshot dates
   (2000-01-01,2009-01-01,2020-01-01,2025-01-01,2025-12-31). These are snapshot
vintages, not daily vintage coverage since1926. Source hashes/URLs retained.
Two T10Y3M requests returned404 and remain documented rather than fabricated.
5. Full unchanged Shiller workbook; derived1,200 monthly reference records for
Jan1926..Dec2025; earlier FRED daily BTC/ETH reference files. Monthly index
averages and interpolated fundamentals cannot substitute for intraday
cryptocurrency quotes or point-in-time early-century news.

Exact coverage:
data/JOURNEY_COVERAGE.json — new market/news requests, raw hashes, gaps
  data/coverage.json — previous macro/reference coverage
  DATA_CHECKS.json — independent source hash/OHLC validation

Attempt141
No claim is made that a full-century Attempt141 is executable. The recovered
engine supports BTC/ETH, which cannot have genuine1926 cryptocurrency history.
Actual host strategy mapping and historical intraday coverage outside the
included week remain missing. A different historical instrument universe needs
an explicit strategy/engine implementation, not relabeled price series.
The installer does not reset141 to1, fabricate successful attempts, or silently
change the configured starting year to2020. It preserves the host's configuration.
The standalone replay_config.json included here has strategy_module:null;
existing private configuration takes precedence. Configure the actual host
strategy module locally; it must provide decide(context) and capital_floor().
The earlier replay engine requirements/controls remain visible in source.

Ask FinBot from anywhere in its recorded journey
The monitor has an inquiry form. Leave attempt/time blank to follow the latest
recorded attempt and its latest historical observation. Or select any attempt
and timezone-aware simulated timestamp, for example1950-06-01T12:00:00Z.
This is not restricted to1950. Questions about decisions/why, risk/floors,
markets/prices, context/news/research and account/positions retrieve matching
recorded evidence, with event IDs and simulated timestamps. Inquiry is read-only
and never pauses trading, changes strategy or submits instructions. Future-dated
and other-attempt events are excluded. A blocked attempt without observations
returns its blocker and explicitly says no historical perspective exists yet.

This built-in interface is DETERMINISTIC RECORD INSPECTION, not a generative
language model or a claim that the actual strategy brain has been connected for
free-form conversation. Unrecognized questions receive a recorded-state summary.
No external AI API or new credentials are used. It cannot answer historical
questions absent from the logs or undo future knowledge in a pretrained model.
The selected record cutoff is enforced in code, not merely by prompting a model.

Activity view
Search/filter/paginate/export full activity using the existing monitor. Market
observations, supplied context, decisions, risk checks, order simulations,
positions, errors and proposed lessons are persisted as emitted. New geopolitical
items are logged once per event ID per year to avoid repeating full news files
at every minute. Macro/news context only includes items available at the replay
clock. Missing records are not evidence that no world events occurred.
Older replay ledgers can be backfilled using:
  python3 import_history.py --db YOUR_EXISTING_DB --ledgers YOUR_REPLAY_LEDGER_FOLDER
Records never logged cannot be reconstructed.

Download more exact windows
  python3 ingest_history.py --start 2020-01-08 --end 2020-01-15
This retrieves every minute for the requested public BTC/USD and ETH/USD window,
plus one midnight GDELT2 snapshot per day. Change the script/job list to enumerate
all96 quarter-hour archives if complete-day GDELT2 coverage is needed. It reports
missing bars/download failures, preserves raw files, and never forward-fills data.
Do not overwrite a fuller host dataset with a smaller refresh: this downloader
writes its output in its own bundle directory. Retain source-window folders and
merge only after validating duplicate timestamps/coverage. It is not a claim of
already fetched full exchange or global-news archives.

Security and review
Public datasets and source scripts are delivered unredacted. Runtime credential
fields and URL auth/query material remain excluded from activity monitoring.
No broker tokens, passwords, personal database or API keys are in this package.
No trading-strategy weights are trained by logging lessons. Proposed solutions
remain proposed until implemented and independently retested.
34 tests passed, including cutoff isolation across1950/1975, current replay
selection, missing-state reporting, no cross-attempt leakage, no state changes
from questions, future-news exclusion, and preservation of existing host data.
JavaScript syntax and22,000 returned source OHLC rows/ranges were checked; source
hashes verified. Phone rendering, actual host deployment, generative chat and
full-century execution remain unverified/unimplemented as described above.
